Senior Director, Project Management
TLDR
Shapes and scales enterprise-wide project and program management across a fast-growing healthcare services environment with governance and cross-functional delivery.
- Lead and oversee multiple concurrent enterprise programs and projects across client and internal portfolios, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Establish and continuously improve standardized project management frameworks, including SOPs, governance models, templates, and toolkits.
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management including intake, planning, execution, monitoring, and transition to operations.
- Define and enforce portfolio governance, risk management (RAID), reporting structures, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Partner with operations and transformation leaders to mature standard operating models and improve scalability and consistency.
- Ensure effective resource planning, capacity management, budgeting, and scheduling across initiatives.
- Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and escalation management for strategic programs.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across business units to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
- Support organizational growth by enhancing project delivery capabilities and enterprise PMO maturity.
- 10–15+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations or related healthcare/technology environments.
- 5+ years of experience leading program and project management across multiple concurrent enterprise-level initiatives.
- Proven expertise in revenue cycle management KPIs and financial performance metrics.
- Strong background in building or improving PMO structures, governance frameworks, and operational delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and drive high-performance execution.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of portfolio management, risk governance, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in complex environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $122,000 to $184,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
