Senior End User Experience Engineer
TLDR
Own the end-user computing environment, drive AI-powered automation and define standards while mentoring others in a fast-growing data centre setting.
As our Senior End User Experience (EUE) Engineer, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management, operations and support of our end user computing environment making sure every team member has the hardware, software and support they need to do their best work. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you’ll independently diagnose complex technical issues, influence stakeholders across the business, and design and deliver solutions without close supervision.
Beyond daily operations, you’ll help shape our technical direction: defining EUE standards, mentoring junior engineers, and driving AI-powered automation that makes the whole team more efficient.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the evaluation and operationalisation of new technology solutions for the EUE team
- Managing and securing endpoint devices using Microsoft SCCM, Intune and Defender for Endpoint
- Administering identity, access and device compliance through Microsoft Entra ID
- Acting as the technical escalation point for complex EUE issues, owning resolution end-to-end
- Supporting collaboration and AV technology, including Microsoft Teams, Neat devices and BrightSign signage
- Defining EUE standards and configuration baselines, and mentoring junior team members
- Identifying and implementing AI-driven automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
