The Role: Senior Engineer, Quality Engineering, APS
Responsible for establishing, managing, and improving quality systems and processes to ensure product compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
What You’ll Do:
Establish, implement, and manage quality programs and activities
Manage product compliance and quality activities, including process control, nonconformance handling, and customer complaints
Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions (8D), and continuous quality improvements
Track quality performance, meet yearly quality objectives, and reduce customer complaints
Coordinate customer audits, visits, and qualification activities for new product or changes
Define and maintain quality control plans, inspection criteria, procedures, and training programs
Apply SPC, data analysis, FMEA reviews, and audit processes to strengthen process control
Support and manage qualification activities for new or changed processes, materials, or designs
What We Seek:
Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum 6 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (quality experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of quality systems, ISO standards, SPC, FMEA, 8D problem-solving, reliability testing and failure analysis, Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) Regulations.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and testing methods
Experience managing nonconforming products, customer complaints, and audits
Solid analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Operations, and Customer facing teams
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
Proven ability to drive cross-functional improvements and customer satisfaction
Strong statistical analysis (Minitab, JMP, Python), audit, process qualification expertise
