Drive Horizon Europe project delivery for an international ecosystem, coordinating milestones, stakeholder communications, and representation at global networks.

Your mission
- Execute Horizon Europe projects in which Sploro is an active partner.
- Monitor project deliverables and participate in consortium meetings.
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
- Taking the role of representing Sploro at international networks and fora (startup events, EBN network, regional fora...)
- Participating in the creation of open calls for proposals under our Horizon Europe running projects
Your profile
- Education: Advanced degree (Master's or double degree). No specific field of study is required, depending on the candidate's experience. Ideally someone with at least 4 years of experience working as project managers for Horizon 2020 or Horizon Europe projects.
- Strong writing skills.
- English is a must (C1 ideal).
- Project management certificates (PMP, PM2, Agile, etc.)
- Prior experience with Horizon 2020 and/or any other EU funding framework is required

Location and Remote Policy:
- The first 6 months will be on-site in Pamplona.
- After this period, the possibility of remote work from any other place in Spain is possible under a fully remote scheme.
- Salary and compensation:
- Gross annual salary in the range of €35,000–€40,000, aligned with experience and profile
- 1,700 working hours per year, promoting a healthy work–life balance.
- Reduced working schedule, including 7-hour Fridays all year round and a shorter working day during the summer period.
- Full company closure during the Christmas week.
