Senior Financial Analyst

Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team!
Reporting to our Director of Corporate FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting Greenhouse’s core reporting efforts, including monthly operating and financial reviews, forecast updates, and board decks. You will partner closely with FP&A and Accounting to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting across all three financial statements.

What you'll do
- Support Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasting. This requires partnering with our Accounting function to continually improve the accuracy and management of these key metrics as well as FP&A business partners.
- Assist in reporting of financial results and monitoring of KPI’s
- Manage production of monthly operating and financial reviews as well as Quarterly Board deliverables
- Support continuous improvements to FP&A’s reporting and planning tools, including automation of processes and reporting leveraging Tableau
- Coordinate monthly variance analysis in close collaboration with FP&A business partners
- Assist in Corporate FP&A response to ad-hoc financial inquiries and modeling requests
- Liaise with FP&A business partners and Accounting in support of investor reporting requests
- Collaborate on treasury forecasting alignment – work closely with Accounting to align cash flow projections with treasury planning.
You should have
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, or a finance-related role.
- A strong foundation in Accounting
- Full-scope forecasting or financial modeling experience (could be in FP&A, Operations, Business Analytics, Investment Banking, etc.)
- Strong understanding of all three financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Strong data and analytical skills; ability to use data to develop forecasts, infer trends, and derive insights from data
- Ability to be a strategic partner and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and Business Units
- Experience with BI, data visualization, and analytics, a plus
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business model, a plus
- Experience with Adaptive, Netsuite, Salesforce, or Tableau, a plus

The national pay range for this role is $85,100 - $127,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
The anticipated closing date for this role is March 21, 2025.
