Senior Frontend Engineer

Accountabilities:
  • Own and evolve a complex frontend application, ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, scalability, and usability across all features.
  • Collaborate with Product and Backend Engineering teams to design and implement new features from concept through to production delivery.
  • Build, maintain, and scale a robust design system to ensure UI consistency and efficient development across the product.
  • Improve frontend observability by implementing monitoring, logging, and debugging practices to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Drive frontend architecture decisions, ensuring long-term maintainability and technical excellence.
  • Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, taking full ownership of tasks and delivering them end-to-end.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, code quality, and development workflows.
  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering with strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks.
    • Expert-level proficiency in React and its ecosystem.
    • Proven experience building and scaling design systems in production environments.
    • Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, monitoring, and observability practices.
    • Comfortable working in autonomous, fast-moving, and ambiguous environments.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
    • Ownership-driven mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
    • Commitment to high-quality engineering, including maintainability, scalability, and performance.
    • Nice to have:

      • Experience with GraphQL.
      • Exposure to developer tools, infrastructure products, or open-source ecosystems.
      • Background in fintech, billing systems, or data-intensive frontend applications.
      • Contributions to or participation in open-source projects.
