Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Broker API (Partner-Facing Application)
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable full-stack features for a partner-facing brokerage platform while ensuring reliability and performance.
- Own end-to-end development of features across frontend and backend systems using modern full-stack technologies, ensuring high-quality and scalable delivery.
- Design and implement intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services supporting brokerage operations, partner workflows, and API integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into well-structured technical solutions aligned with business and product needs.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, API design, and system improvements across distributed and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to support integrations with databases, financial systems, and external services.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices.
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience using TypeScript, React, and modern backend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in at least one systems language such as Golang or C#, along with experience in building scalable backend services.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL), and distributed system design principles.
- Experience with frontend development using React and styling frameworks such as TailwindCSS, with an eye for UI/UX quality.
- Ability to translate complex stakeholder requirements into clean, maintainable, and production-ready features.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote, globally distributed teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Docker/Kubernetes, and financial or trading systems is a plus.
