Senior Full Stack Engineer

TLDR

Design and build a modern cloud-native SaaS platform across front-end and back-end, with emphasis on quality, automation, and mentoring to raise engineering maturity in a regulated environment.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable SaaS applications while ensuring high-quality delivery in a regulated environment. You will contribute to the full software lifecycle and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable solutions.

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack SaaS applications using modern engineering practices
  • Build and support CI/CD pipelines while driving automation, continuous integration, and delivery improvements
  • Participate in architecture discussions including domain-driven and event-driven design approaches
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high engineering standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate releases and ensure minimal impact on business processes
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote technical growth across the team
  • Support documentation and compliance requirements in a regulated development environment
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate has strong experience in full-stack development within SaaS or regulated environments and is comfortable working in agile, distributed teams. You bring deep technical expertise combined with a collaborative mindset and a focus on engineering excellence.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of experience in SaaS or regulated software development environments
    • Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL
    • Hands-on experience with Angular, Spring Boot, Postgres, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, and Kafka
    • Experience with CI/CD tools, Agile workflows, and ALM systems such as Jira and Git/GitLab
    • Understanding of domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, and reactive programming
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams
    • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, biomedical, or similar) is a plus
    • Familiarity with BDD and SAFe environments is a plus
