Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for product operation and distribution in the Middle East market, set up operation objectives and plan data driven operation strategy according to the product life cycle;

2. Maintaining good coordination and communication with the product, community and market teams, deliver thorough insights of regional users, and continuously optimizate operation plan based on changes of market trends;

3. Following-up daily live-op problems, including version stability and user feedback monitoring, provide timely coordination of problem fixes, support on version quality and content optimization;

4. In charge of the planning, performance analysis and review of product operation activities, responsible for the activity result and user satisfaction.

 

 

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in game industry, global operation experience is preferred;

2. Be familiar with the live-op activities, monetization mechanics through different product life cycles;

3. Data orientated with an excellent understanding on user needs, keen observation and rapid learning ability;

4. Passionate in games, with a great interest and in-depth understanding of the MENA mobile game market, good at FPS games is a plus;

5. A team player with self-driving sense and cross-culture communication experience, being capable of working under certain amount of pressure; visionary but with advances execution ability;

6. Fluent English writing and communication skills, with English as a working language.
