Senior Implementation Specialist

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding from post-sale transition through to successful adoption, ensuring clear alignment on goals, success criteria, and implementation plans.
  • Run kickoff sessions, training workshops, and launch coordination activities tailored to each customer’s workflows, use cases, and organizational structure.
  • Configure and deploy customer environments, including integrations, SSO setup, permissions, and workspace configuration.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to manage onboarding milestones, timelines, risks, and customer accountability toward go-live and first-value achievement.
  • Support complex enterprise deployments involving multi-site, multi-stakeholder environments and large-scale engineering teams.
  • Coordinate with IT and engineering stakeholders on integration requirements, including PLM systems and enterprise authentication setups.
  • Apply structured change management approaches to drive adoption of new engineering collaboration workflows.
  • Build and refine onboarding playbooks, templates, and scalable processes based on real customer implementation insights.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Education teams to translate onboarding challenges into scalable learning content and product improvements.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams on onboarding friction points and customer needs.
  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, solutions engineering, customer training, or technical customer-facing SaaS roles.
    • Strong technical aptitude with comfort in integrations, system configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow setup.
    • Experience delivering training or enabling users on complex technical products in enterprise environments.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical stakeholders (engineers, IT) and non-technical business users.
    • Experience managing enterprise rollouts or multi-stakeholder customer deployments.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and multiple concurrent onboarding projects.
    • Self-starter mindset with the ability to build processes and operate independently in a scaling function.
    • Collaborative working style with a focus on cross-functional partnership and shared success.
    • Preferred: experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or industrial engineering environments.
    • Preferred: familiarity with PLM tools (Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia) or CAD systems, and prior SaaS onboarding program development experience.
