Senior Inbound Marketing Analyst (Remote)
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst with a solid experience in inbound marketing, from content planning to optimization and distribution. A person that is hands-on and has a strategic vision to help us to become a reference in helpful content for businesses in the region, as well as generate demand through nurturing rules and punctual communication to the prospect base.
A Sr. Marketing Analyst/Inbound Marketing knows exactly how to find ways to perform with organic content, and SEO is their best friend. Easily navigates among platforms such as Semrush, Similarweb and Google Search Console, and is experienced in automation flows.
This person has an analytical mindset and is passionate about finding new ways of performing in order to transform the acquisition process more efficient and fluid. Knows how to work together with peers to achieve common goals, and has the ability to work autonomously as well.
Your challenges to make a difference in this team
- Plan and execute content strategies for the LATAM market to increase prospects and leads;
- Partner with relevant local players to co-marketing initiatives such as gated content, webinars, and guest posts;
- Interface with the external content agency to guarantee content production;
- Develop and execute nurturing rules strategy, as well as punctual communications to the prospect base;
- Work together with peers from paid media and the Revenue Operations team to create impactful content for landing pages;

Profile of Humanz we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience Content Management/Inbound Marketing;
- Ability to think strategically, analyzing trends and patterns;
- Proactive profile, thriving in an environment with autonomy;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with peers, partners, and departments;
- Wordpress or similar CMS platforms experience;
- Experience with Google Search Console, Semrush, Similarweb or similar platforms;
- Experience with automation platforms like Pardot and HubSpot;
- Fluent in English;
- Live in Mexico.
Nice to have, but not mandatory :)
- Previous experience in SaaS/B2B industries;
- Experience with conversational platforms like Zenvia;
- Experience with Salesforce and Zapier.
