Senior International Accounting Manager
We are seeking an International Accounting Manager who will be a liaison between the Accounting team and our external service provider to drive efficiencies and scalability of our global consolidations processes. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to help drive process improvements, ensure consistency in compliance with accounting policies, review monthly international reporting packages/account reconciliations/journal entries and support international treasury operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support accurate and timely monthly close to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), reviewing journal entries, variance analysis, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with international accounting teams to ensure a timely and accurate close process and to complete all accounting transactions and financial statements monthly, quarterly and annually
- Assist in establishing international subsidiaries
- Drive business process improvements and initiatives
- Support quarterly reviews, annual audits and local statutory reporting requirements, in addition to 10-Q and 10-K reporting process
- Work closely with Tax to support quarterly and annual tax provision process
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 by ensuring creation and maintenance of required documentation and regular controls testing
Qualifications:
- At least 7+ years progressive corporate accounting experience required at publicly traded, multinational corporation preferably 2 years in operational accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
- Big four or public accounting experience preferred
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Proficient in GL and consolidation modules, Excel and experience with NetSuite a plus
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence outcomes
- Experience working in a high-growth, publicly-traded company, strongly preferred
- Confidence, good judgment, energy and personality to work in a dynamic environment across all levels of management and across functions and geographies

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $148,000 - $160,000 . Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) such as role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
