In this role, you will support a variety of end-users, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for computers, networks, and other devices. You will work closely with colleagues across departments, ensuring seamless IT operations and collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provisioning & Configuration: Set up and configure client machines, following company standards
- Technical Support: Provide hardware, software, application, network, server and A/V troubleshooting
- Inventory Management: Meticulously track, manage, and organize IT equipment inventory
- Ticket Management: Create, track, and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
- User Assistance: Respond to end-user inquiries and deliver timely service and solutions
- User Account Management: Administration of user accounts for internal and external systems
- User Onboarding and Offboarding: Timely delivery of onboarding and offboarding tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving client, network (switches/access points), server and A/V conference room issues
- Customer Service: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Technical Skills: Solid experience working with macOS, Windows, Active Directory, M365, Azure, EntraID, VPN, Remote Management and Monitoring tools (RMM), Client Patch Management, End-Point Protection, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Collaboration Tools (Zoom, Slack) and Ticket Management (Jira). Familiarity with any Linux distribution is a plus. Proficient in networking concepts, including cabling, OSI model, IP subnetting, VLANs, SSIDs, 802.1x authentication, DNS and DHCP
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and apply appropriate troubleshooting techniques using available resources
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to clearly document issues and resolutions. Proven experience interacting with executive leadership
- Autonomy: Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of tickets and issues through to resolution and escalating appropriately when required
Desired Experience:
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, or any industry-recognized certification in IT support (e.g., Network+, Security+, ITIL)
- Virtualization: Familiarity with basic knowledge from any of the following: Azure, AWS, or Hypervisors ranging from virtual machines, storage, networking, and resource management in virtual environments.
- Security and Compliance Frameworks: Familiarity with any of the following - SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC L2 & FedRAMP
Working Conditions:
- Office Presence: Three days per week (Mon, Tue & Thur) in Austin, TX
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry computer equipment as needed
