In this role, you will oversee the development of Hinge Health’s user-facing content -- including idea generation, research, writing, editing, and launch -- while leading a small team of talented writers. You will work across teams to deliver content in multiple formats, including written articles, interactive modules, videos, animations, etc. as well as to introduce new educational functionality into our application. This is a great opportunity to reach hundreds of thousands of patients suffering from musculoskeletal conditions.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- High quality content: Ensure that all education content meets high standards, such as that outlined in the Made to Stick “SUCCES” framework.
- Content delivery: Manage content creation process to ensure rapid, efficient delivery.
- Strategy: Identify and implement effective approaches to improving the impact of HH education.
- Team management: set clear objectives, delegate tasks appropriately, manage projects efficiently, and support professional growth of your direct reports.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work effectively with partners across the company, including Coaching, Clinical, Design, Engineering and Product Management.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of content writing experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Team player who shows respect for colleagues across teams and levels of seniority.

- Healthcare background and health writing experience
- Knowledge of musculoskeletal care and the biopsychosocial approach
- Experience with developing multimedia educational content
- Knowledge of educational technologies that can be utilized online
- Knowledge of content management tools
