Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics

In this role, you will lead the evolution of the internal data science and analytics function, ensuring it delivers measurable business value and strategic insight.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Scientists and Analysts supporting cross-functional business units
- Drive behavioral analytics, customer segmentation, experimentation, and product performance measurement initiatives
- Build and maintain forecasting models, churn predictions, customer health scoring systems, and revenue or opportunity models
- Partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to influence strategy and priorities
- Collaborate with data engineering to enhance internal analytics platforms and enable scalable self-service analytics
- Define standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency, rigor, and efficiency in analytics delivery
- 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing analytics or data science teams
- Strong expertise in experimentation design, statistical analysis, forecasting, and behavioral analytics
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or similar analytical programming languages
- Experience designing metrics frameworks and driving data-informed decision-making in product or growth contexts
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Hands-on experience with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, and product analytics tools)
- Experience in B2B SaaS, PLG, or subscription-based business models is strongly preferred
- Competitive base salary range: USD $170,000 – $200,000, depending on experience
