Senior Manager Industry (M/F)

The Industry sector is undergoing a phase of continuous innovation driven by digital transformation, Generative AI, Low-code/No-code and Digital Twins. This role is aimed at an experienced Senior Manager – Industry, capable of providing advisory expertise across the product value chain.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Manager – Industry (M/F), in direct contact with the client, you provide the advisory expertise and competencies required to contribute to the organisation's challenges with expertise and impact.

• Develop and promote expertise across the product value chain (engineering, planning, production, operations) and adjacent domains (maintenance, logistics), taking into account major technological revolutions (Digital Twins, Generative AI, Low-code/No-code)
• Lead, oversee and deliver consulting engagements: ensure deliverable quality, budget and schedule adherence
• Facilitate business workshops and governance bodies with the client
• Manage priorities and client relationships
• Contribute to the development of the Industry offering, leveraging the Group's know-how and synergies
• Contribute to sector action plans: Knowledge Capitalisation, Business Development, Offerings, Innovation, Benchmarking

Internal life:

• Participate in recruitment, welcome new consultants, organise internal events (monthly meetings, offsite days)
• From the Manager grade, contribute to commercial action plans and oversee engagements with our clients

What we expect from you... Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized Master's program.

Fluent English.

Good knowledge of at least 4 years in Industry and Supply Chain consulting (B2B). Knowledge of functional mappings of major ERP Operations systems.

Knowledge of Lean management.

You have good interpersonal and writing skills, as well as strong synthesis abilities.

You have a business sense, demonstrate initiative, and team spirit.
