Senior Manager, Marketing PC Express (Online Grocery) – 15 month contract

The impact you’ll make
As Sr Manager, Marketing for PC Express, you will impact our business by leading the drive to our online grocery business (PC Express).
You will do this by working cross-functionally, leveraging your extensive knowledge of acquisition, lifecycle & retention strategies, analyzing customer data to identify, execute, and scale high-impact programs across all channels.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute acquisition, lifecycle and retention strategies for PC Express across all Online Grocery banners and channels
- Go to market lead for new program launches and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to uncover opportunities to partner and deliver value to customers across all channels
- Discover insights that lead to deeper strategies and/or evolve initiatives and campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance to maximize conversions and incremental opportunities
- Strategy management of the marketing budget to ensure maximize program efficiency and thoughtful investment of marketing dollars
- Direct and indirect leadership of an agile pod

- Experience with both traditional and digital marketing strategy
- Experience leading and executing go to market campaigns and programs
- Demonstrated experience creating opportunities founded in data and user behavior insights
- A natural storyteller who can leverage and present data to influence internal, external stakeholders and partners
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experience working within an Agile Marketing framework an asset
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker an asset
