WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Partnerships & Tech Alliances to sit within our Partnerships organisation with a focus on Sales to manage the GTM and sales partnerships with our technology alliance partners in the EMEA region. 

You will manage the relationship with 5-10 tech alliance partners covering the EMEA region and be responsible for the GTM and Sales aspect of the partnership. Other team members will be managing the product, marketing and strategic integrations. Partners may include braze Alloys partners such as Segment, Amplitude, Appsflyer, Tealium. 

This role works very closely with our sales organisation; both our Sales Directors on our program strategy, and our Account Executives on creating new pipeline and influencing existing pipeline via our tech alliance partners. 

This role is measured on pipeline generation; which is created through running strategic programs with our partners. Aspects include creating our ‘story’ / the message to the market / our shared value proposition, educating our sales teams and our partners organisations on this story and finally amplifying this to create pipeline; through events and seminars.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Know our partners technology and the shared value proposition with Braze for our prospects brilliantly 
  • Be able to evangelise, educate and ‘hold’ a room with our internal sales leaders and teams and our partner organisations
  • Manage the sales cycle with our sales teams from prospecting to close in collaboration with our partners 
  • Collaborate with other members of the partnerships team including partner and product marketing on new product launches, events, and collateral tailored to increasing pipeline from our partners 
  • Manage our partners in a world class manner, creating ‘brilliant relationships’ across partnerships, sales and leadership

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Experienced and proven track record in generating pipeline in a SaaS organisation 
  • Experience working in a fast growth technology company
  • Knowledge of the technology ecosystem
  • Proven track record creating and building a program from scratch 
  • Ability to sell, and present to large audiences 
  • Incredibly organised and ability to wear multiple hats and prioritise 
  • Experience working in a partnerships role (Tech alliances or Agency)
  • 5 years experience across Sales, Business Development or Partnerships
