Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Solution Engineer

Gopuff’s IT team is looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Solution Engineer who understands the Supply Chain / Finance business process and has the knowledge of the Oracle application configuration related to Supply Chain / Finance. As part of the Gopuff’s IT team, this role would partner with Business and Engineering leadership teams to understand the new requirements and come up with thoughts on the potential new features, enhancing the existing features and improving the performance. Also, this role would guide/coach a small team and provide direction on the Oracle configuration and improvements related to the integration.

Qualifications

  • Functional professional with 3+ years of experience with complex, full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (ERP) - especially Finance and Procurement modules.
  • At least have been part of two full implementations of Oracle cloud ERP version 11+.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing some combination of Oracle Supply Chain applications such as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR), Inventory, Purchasing (Source-to-Pay), Shipping, Global Order Promising (GOP), Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Costing or Configurator.
  • Thorough understanding of Oracle design principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Thorough understanding of the data models in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Reporting.
  • Must have experience collaborating with stakeholders on business process enhancements.
  • Must have experience identifying and gathering business requirements and in turn write a specification document for the analysts to consume and act on.
  • Experience mentoring a small team. (Preferred)
  • Experience working with the teams and stakeholders spread across the world. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Engage with business and engineering stakeholders to gather requirements and to understand the production issues.
  • Put together functional specifications documentation and review the technical specifications documentation.
  • Help/guide the team to implement the requirements or fix the production issues as per the best practice.
  • Actively participate in ideation and design.
  • Configure the required changes in Oracle and create custom reports as necessary.
  • Coordinate and support configuration changes, customization, reports, integrations, testing, and user training.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to the immediate team on project-related tasks, production issues, and service requests.
  • Be a leader for Oracle best practices related to business process, configuration, and integration.

Compensation:

  • Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.

  • Salary Range: USD $125,000 - $235,500
  • The salary range above reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
