Senior Product Analyst (Growing towards Team Lead)
TLDR

You will be responsible for driving product and marketing analytics, generating actionable insights, and progressively taking ownership of broader analytical initiatives and leadership responsibilities.
- Analyze product, marketing, and business performance to identify key drivers of KPI changes and uncover root causes.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses across user behavior, funnels, cohorts, retention, and lifecycle metrics to inform product decisions.
- Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments including A/B tests and advanced statistical approaches to validate product hypotheses.
- Measure and quantify the impact of product and marketing initiatives on key business outcomes and growth metrics.
- Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to support decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Support development of marketing analytics frameworks including LTV, CAC, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization.
- Contribute to analytics infrastructure improvements and ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of core metrics.
- Gradually take ownership of cross-functional analytical initiatives and participate in stakeholder coordination and planning.
- Strong experience in product analytics within digital or consumer-facing products.
- Advanced SQL skills and solid experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
- Deep understanding of product metrics, funnels, retention, cohort analysis, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience in A/B testing methodologies and statistical evaluation of product experiments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive analytical initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong interest in mentoring, leadership development, and progression toward a Team Lead role.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
- Availability to work within GMT+4 to GMT+10 time zones (9:00–18:00 alignment).
- Experience in marketplaces, subscription products, SaaS, gaming, dating, or social platforms is a plus.
- Exposure to building analytics frameworks, metric systems, or data governance practices is a strong advantage.
