As a Product Manager for Advertiser Growth, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy and roadmap to attract and retain advertisers on our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver best-in-class advertising products that drive revenue growth, increase customer satisfaction, and position our company as a market leader. Your ability to understand market dynamics, anticipate customer needs, and leverage data-driven insights will be critical to your success in this role.
What you’ll do:

Lead strategy and vision for advertiser growth team that includes SMB managed growth + E2E advertiser journey improvements. Gain alignment with EPD + Sales leadership on a plan for H2 and then for 2024

Identify and align on key measures of success and impact the team will drive
-
Identify and align on methodology to measure impact and
Own and align on a prioritized roadmap by quarter for the team -
Partner with EPD and other XFN to execute on the roadmap and drive impact to success measures

Drive UXR, learnings, competitive benchmarking to address key E2E advertiser pain points

Set up quarterly business reviews/retros with leadership on roadmap health, impact and learnings
