Bezos Academy

Senior Product Manager

As the Senior Product Manager of Teacher Learning at Bezos Academy, you will partner with leaders from a national, cross-functional team on an array of teacher training products. You will join a new team working to develop and deploy teacher learning pathways and courses including both instructor-led and self-paced options to meet varied adult learning needs.  The products you deliver will enable educators to access new hire training or refresher courses, empowering them to master Montessori practices, uncover child development insights, spark a love of learning in our students, and skillfully manage their busy classrooms.

You will develop pioneering adult learning products, while consistently evaluating user experience and results to inform continuous improvements. You will also implement, configure, customize, and then load content and tracking mechanisms into learning management system (LMS) to support synchronous and asynchronous training. You will collaborate closely with other subject matter experts around instructional design, curriculum optimization, early childhood education, Montessori practices, and assessments.

You are an impact-driven and highly motivated product manager with a proven track record of delivering results. You enjoy solving human problems and understanding the user experience, which will include both teachers and instructors of teachers. You thrive in a start-up environment, build relationships with stakeholders easily, meet deadlines and take pride in maintaining incredibly high standards.

Above all, you are inspired by our mission to expand access to Montessori-inspired preschools in under-resourced communities nationwide. You are eager to explore the space where technology and teacher development converges. Over time, your work of this team will impact thousands of teachers and tens of thousands of students, creating ripples of impact for generations to come.
