Job Overview

• Departmental cost controlling and reporting: collecting and analyzing departmental wide financial data, supporting leadership team on cost controlling, forecast and budget processes. Understanding the foundations of business performance.
• Project Development, Planning and Coordination: Support Head of PMO to manage project portfolios. Support the execution of projects as PMO governance, maintain overview on project portfolio schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Cross-team collaboration:  Organize and coordinate collaboration across various departments and teams to ensure project success. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve goals and clarify each team's roles and responsibilities.
• Communication with Management and Stakeholders: Maintain good communication with stakeholders and team members, report the progress of the project and assist in making necessary decisions.
• Quality Control and Risk Management:  Establish and implement quality control procedures to maintain the quality of the project, and identify and manage risks that may arise during project execution to ensure the success of the project.
• Process Improvement:  Improve and optimize your processes and methodologies for project management and execution to increase efficiency.

• At least 8 year working experience, min 3 years of related working experience, such as security program manager or project manager experience, or finance business or project controlling experience.
• Experience leading large-scale projects related to budget and resources
• Solid PMO or Finance related skills or qualifications
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• A person who can utilize various tools and adapt quickly to new environments

• Fluent in both Korean and English 
• SW Engineering, Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager experience
