About the Team
The People Strategy & Operations (S&O) Team plays a critical role in how DoorDash’s Global People Team operates. Our team empowers the People Team to efficiently operate and support scalable growth by enabling its operating rhythm, driving strategic priorities, and executing change management.
About the Role
The People S&O Team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to be aligned to our People Enablement focus area. This role will be responsible for leading initiatives through change management & comms, process & program optimization, and team development. This role will report to the Manager of People Enablement and will have the option of being 100% remote within the United States.

Compensation
The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
