We are looking for an accomplished Senior Program Manager to join our Global Enablement organization and lead Sales Enablement programs, with a focus on sales methodology, process, and selling skills. This individual will be responsible for working alongside our Sales leaders, Enablement team, and stakeholders across the business to develop, manage, and facilitate a portfolio of enablement programs designed to boost performance, accelerate sales productivity, and provide sellers with skills training to develop in their careers. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and has a proven track record of managing strategic enablement programs and experience with both in house and vendor-led programs. Additionally, a successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to deliver highly effective programs with measurable business impact.
Your Responsibilities:
As the Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Global Sales Enablement program portfolio, which includes:
- Collaborating cross-functionally to plan, design, and orchestrate sales enablement programs that align to strategic business objectives and reinforce the Global Sales Organization sales process, tools, and methodology.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to evolve and enhance sales enablement programs and content across multiple modalities, including self-paced learning, live facilitated experiences, peer-to-peer learning, and assessments.
- Managing and influencing project teams, content contributors, and facilitators to ensure delivery of high quality, consistent, and reliable sales-focused enablement programs that are developed centrally and deployed globally.
- Collaborating with Sales Readiness teams to ensure program alignment with other role-based, regional, and global enablement programs and initiatives.
- Measuring program effectiveness and business impact.
- Analyzing participant performance to identify opportunities to improve and expand the programs.
- Managing vendor relationships and continuously evaluating vendor-led programs to ensure impact and alignment with Pure’s selling motion.
- Building and managing a roadmap to develop and evolve both in house and vendor programs in pace with business growth.
- Engaging, aligning, and communicating with program stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations.
- Developing the operations, processes, and logistics required to deliver scalable programs at regular intervals, while effectively managing the program budget.
- Managing program, participant, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitating live, in-person, and virtual elements of enablement programs where needed.
Skills and Competencies Needed:
- 6-8 years of combined experience in Sales Enablement, Learning and Development, Onboarding, and/or Program Management.
- Demonstrated ability to execute global, scalable learning programs to increase sales performance and drive desired outcomes.
- Strong business acumen and solid understanding of sales motions, sales process, and sales metrics.
- Experience with sales methodologies and sales operations.
- A passion for learning with energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others.
- Ability to influence and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, collaboration skills.
- Strong team-oriented leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport, collaborate, motivate, influence, and advise indirect staff.
- Experience managing vendor-led sales enablement programs and adapting and/or bringing vendor programs in house.
- Experience measuring program effectiveness.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
- PMP certification is a plus.
The annual base salary range is: $89,000.00 – $191,000.00 Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
