Job Title: Senior QA Tester

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with relevant software testing experience to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Arabic and English and will support testing activities, User Acceptance Testing coordination, defect management, and test documentation to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual software testing activities based on business and technical requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test execution records.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by coordinating with business users and project stakeholders.
• Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects using defect management tools.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Validate fixes and perform regression testing when required.
• Maintain accurate test documentation and provide regular testing status updates.
• Ensure software solutions meet functional, usability, and quality requirements.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues clearly in both Arabic and English.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle and defect lifecycle.
• Experience in preparing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
• Ability to support UAT activities and coordinate with end users.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Available to work on-site.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using defect tracking or test management tools.
• Basic understanding of Agile or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
