Senior QA Engineer, Salesforce
TLDR
Design, develop, and run automated Salesforce tests across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and integrations, with AI-enhanced test design.
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Automation QA Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated testing solutions for our Salesforce platform and integrated enterprise applications.
This role will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, DevOps, and Release teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and custom applications.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in:
Salesforce platform testing
UI and API automation
Test strategy and quality engineering
Agile delivery environments
Enterprise integration testing
Leveraging AI to generate test cases, identify edge cases, analyze test results, and accelerate root cause analysis to improve test design, automation development, and defect analysis.

Salesforce Test Automation
Design and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for Salesforce applications

Test Strategy & Quality Engineering
Create test plans and test strategies
Define automation coverage goals
Improve test reliability and execution speed
Identify opportunities for shift-left testing
Implement reusable automation components
Defect Management
Log, track, and validate defects
Perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with engineering teams on issue resolution
Ensure production stability during releases

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of QA automation experience
4+ years of Salesforce testing experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities
Experience testing Lightning Experience applications
Strong API testing skills

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Desired Technical Skills
Understanding of Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/ Experience Cloud/Salesforce Flows/Apex basics/Validation rules/Profiles and permission sets/Salesforce security model
Experience with tools like Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, Provar, Postman
Experience leveraging AI to generate test cases, identify edge cases, analyze test results, and accelerate root cause analysis to improve test design, automation development, and defect analysis.
