Senior Contract Recruiter – Fanatics Holdings (Based in Jacksonville, Florida)
3 months+ and starting by June 1st, 2023.
Fanatics Holdings is looking for an experienced Contract Senior Recruiter to help us grow and scale our growing company. This role will support all of Fanatics Holdings with primary responsibility for supporting the Accounting Shared Services group in Jacksonville, Florida. This is an opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to lead end to end recruiting and help us conceptualize and build a best in class recruiting function. This Senior Contract Recruiter will report to the Recruiting Manager of Fanatics Holdings.
What you'll do…
- Own full-cycle professional searches with a focus in accounting and finance roles within Fanatics Holdings.
- Source, assess and manage the candidate’s experience.
- Be a trusted Recruiter with senior leadership while keeping a continuous pulse on the candidate landscape for key areas of hire and influence hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactively collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we are meeting their hiring needs and goals.
- Monitor and track where candidates are in the pipeline and keep hiring managers up-to-date and reports updated daily.
- When necessary, work closely with external staffing partners to monitor contractor volume/budget.
- Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and ensure candidates are being assessed in a quality driven way.
- Recommend and drive process improvements and best practices to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice(s)
- Work in close partnership with HRBP, recruiters, coordinators, and other team members to build creative strategies around sourcing and attracting the best talent in a competitive market

What We are Looking For...
- 7+ years in-house experience in full life cycle recruitment with some accounting/finance hiring experience.
- Must be able to independently manage priorities & multi-task
- Must be very comfortable working within an ambiguous environment and has a solutions-focused approach to challenging situations
- Excellent oral communication, written communication, and presentation skills
- Systems – Familiarity w/applicant tracking systems (experience w/Lever ATS A+); Outlook, Box, Gmail + g suite, Oracle experience A+
- Demonstrates confidence and ability to network and develop relationships across the organization
- Experience with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, GitHub, Handshake, etc.
- Experience working in a start-up environment yet incredibly fun
- Ability to handle pre-screening, documentation, scheduling, feedback reviews, offers, light onboarding, and heavy calendar management.
- Ability to go onsite 2-4 days/week in the Jacksonville office
- Comfortable with high volume of Zoom interviews and meetings
