About the team
As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our success and enable our growth while hiring amazing Wizards to help create the Wiz magic! This role will create consistent processes and improve team efficiency at scale. You will work as both systems and process manager responsible for delivering and expanding our talent acquisition processes, tools, systems, and data analytics that enable the recruiting team to scale the company. You will lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, data-driven decision making, and guide change management across the organization. You will bring a modern approach and thinking about how to recruit top talent to the company resulting in talent operations efficiencies.
What you will do:
- Own day-to-day recruiting operations as well as drive team priorities across operations, recruiting tools & systems, candidate experience and hiring metrics
- Manage the development of recruiting dashboards and success metrics. Develop weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting on our key performance metrics.
- Serve as the SME for all our current and future recruiting systems and tools and consistently assess whether we are fully optimizing each tool to meet our hiring goals. Explore new tools and lead any adoption.
- Cultivate close partnerships with the recruiting team and other cross-functional partners that enable the successful delivery of efficient and thoughtful programs, processes, and solutions
- Manage our Recruiting Coordination team and identify ways to provide a best-in-class candidate experience and interview processes across all points of the candidate lifecycle
- Own other recruiting operations-related projects such as systems integration, systems implementation, etc. Assist with other recruiting projects including employer branding, university recruiting, recruitment marketing, etc.
What you will bring:
- Experience in recruiting operations or a similar operational role with experience scaling recruiting capabilities
- Familiarity with BI tools for recruiting reporting and ability to use data-driven storytelling to promote action
- Experience building and scaling programs in a high growth, rapidly adapting, environment
- Deep knowledge of recruiting processes, key metrics, and what levers will most dramatically improve efficiency and effectiveness throughout various stages of scale
- Experience managing and evaluating recruiting tools such as ATS (Lever), CRM (Gem), Sourcing tools (LinkedIn), etc.
- Ability to partner with cross-functional team members, while driving innovation and change management
- An analytical approach, structured problem solver, and strong attention to detail
