Senior Research Consultant

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead and contribute to the full lifecycle of market research projects, ensuring high-quality execution and impactful delivery. You will be responsible for:

  • Designing questionnaires, discussion guides, and research frameworks tailored to client objectives
  • Managing data collection processes while ensuring accuracy, quality control, and methodological rigor
  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, insights, and strategic implications
  • Developing compelling reports, dashboards, and visual storytelling outputs that translate data into action
  • Managing client relationships and supporting strategic advisory conversations throughout project delivery
  • Mentoring junior researchers and contributing to team capability building and best practices
  • Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and project workflows across multiple concurrent engagements
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in market research and a proven ability to deliver insights-driven consulting work. You will have:

    • 5+ years of experience in market research, preferably in a supplier-side or consultancy environment
    • Strong expertise in end-to-end research execution, including design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting
    • Experience working with both quantitative and qualitative methodologies across diverse industries
    • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with comfort using research and data tools
    • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Confident communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
    • A strong analytical mindset combined with curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving ability
    • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is considered an asset
