About the Role We are building a pipeline of Python Engineers with strong AI and Machine Learning experience to support current and upcoming projects across multiple clients and industries. This is not a traditional backend role. We are looking for engineers who are actively working with AI-driven solutions, building real-world applications using modern tools and frameworks. You will be part of a talent pool considered for high-impact opportunities involving AI integrations, data-driven systems, and intelligent automation. We are especially interested in engineers who combine strong technical fundamentals with the ability to apply AI in practical, scalable ways. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications

Build and support AI-driven and agentic systems using modern technologies

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and demos

Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code

Contribute to infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD workflows

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and staging environments

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Continuously explore and adopt innovative technologies and development practices

Must Have:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience

Strong experience with:

• Python
• AWS
• CI/CD pipelines
• Generative AI technologies
• Experience building scalable cloud-native applications
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and distributed systems
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to write scalable, maintainable, and production-ready code
