Senior Solutions Consultant, Sales

TLDR

Lead technical sales for complex enterprise deals in private markets fintech, shaping solution design and translating customer needs into actionable product feedback.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical sales excellence across complex enterprise deals while shaping solution design, customer engagement, and product feedback loops.

  • Lead deep discovery sessions to understand prospect fund structures, data workflows, and operational challenges
  • Partner with Account Executives to support strategic sales cycles and high-value enterprise opportunities
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations aligned to business outcomes and stakeholder needs
  • Design and present proof of concepts that accurately reflect customer environments and operational realities
  • Respond to RFPs and manage complex technical objections with confidence and precision
  • Maintain deep knowledge of product capabilities and roadmap to effectively position current and future value
  • Act as a bridge between prospects and product teams by translating customer needs into actionable insights
  • Support enterprise stakeholders across technical and executive audiences with clear, compelling storytelling
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales methodologies, tools, and solution frameworks
  • Requirements:

    This role requires strong experience in solutions consulting or technical pre-sales within financial technology or private markets, combined with deep domain expertise and strong communication skills.

    • 7–10+ years of experience in solutions consulting, presales, or technical sales roles
    • Strong background in private markets, financial services, or related fintech environments
    • Deep understanding of private equity, venture capital, or real asset operations (private credit experience is a plus)
    • Proven ability to lead complex enterprise discovery and translate requirements into technical solutions
    • Experience delivering executive-level presentations, demos, and product storytelling
    • Strong ability to build proof of concepts and demonstrate product value in real-world scenarios
    • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and executive-level stakeholder engagement
    • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify complex operational challenges
    • Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with frequent change
    • Willingness to travel periodically to engage with clients and support strategic opportunities
