How you’ll make an impact:

The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Operations is responsible for assisting in the support of the operations, administration, and data management for the Talent Acquisition Department. The position will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, and provide day to day guidance and hands-on support to the Talent Acquisition Team, Human Resources partners, and business stakeholders. The position will serve as a point of contact for recruiting systems, reporting and analysis.  Additionally, the Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition will also be hands-on with TA Operations when necessary for scheduling and assisting recruiters in moving candidates through the hiring process. 

What you’ll do:

Recruiting Operations / Administration

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team through a combination of ensuring recommended best practices and hands-on assistance with day to day tasks as required. 
  • Assist in the documentation and implementation of Recruiting policy and procedures. 
  • Audit all job postings for format and style consistency.
  • Ensure attention to all requests within an adequate response time based on established service levels.
  • Recommend opportunities for continuous process improvement; create efficiencies through understanding of system capabilities and streamlining processes.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to support the Talent Acquisition team. 
  • Cross-train with other members of the Recruiting Operations team to provide backup.
  • Ensure client service and satisfaction in all areas of position. 

Reporting, Analysis & Compliance

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits of ATS data to ensure consistency and accuracy. 
  • Perform reporting and strategic analysis on all staffing data and present findings.  
  • Responsible for FCC EEO recordkeeping, postings, and bi-annual reporting and analysis requirements per government guidelines.
  • Support staffing related recordkeeping, procedures and compliance per mandates set by the OFCCP and the company's Affirmative Action Plans (AAP). 
  • Support yearly review on all hiring activity, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal requirements. This includes analysis of all instances of adverse impact and goal attainment as reported in the company AAPs.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources Operations 
  • Previous experience with a major Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite, iCIMS, Avature etc.)
  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills including the ability to perform vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, and audit data as needed.
  • A keen eye for details and ability to develop and maintain processes.
  • Excellent time and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Customer service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and business units.
  • Experience supporting and partnering with geographically dispersed stakeholders and team members.
  • Able to organize and prioritize with guidance; work independently or within teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism throughout the entire recruiting process.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
