Requirements

Who are we looking for? Primarily someone who loves to source the best talent, build partnerships with hiring managers and candidates and work on interesting projects in order to keep growing.

  • You have at least 4 years of professional experience in tech recruiting and experience in recruiting senior tech and non-tech positions across multiple departments.
  • You have a solid understanding of technology and a desire to learn more!
  • You are an experienced TA Business Partner whom hiring managers trust and rely upon.
  • You have an enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement within the recruitment function, and apply creativity and a problem-solving mindset to finding the best people.
  • You are a tenacious and determined recruiter who approaches your roles with urgency and enthusiasm.
  • You enjoy contributing to and leading, diverse Talent projects that add real value to our hiring efforts and company.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Your tasks

  • End-to-End International Recruitment responsibilities for tech and senior roles across the business
  • Use your sourcing skills to attract and hire the very best people available.
  • Take the lead on diverse talent acquisition projects and help us create a consistently great candidate experience.
  • Make a key contribution in establishing a streamlined and efficient recruitment process that is consistent and professional throughout the recruitment life cycle.
