Tapcart is looking for a full-cycle GTM Recruiter to join our awesome Talent Operations team as a Talent Partner! This is no ordinary recruiting role, but an exciting opportunity to be a Talent Partner for one of the fastest growing e-commerce companies in the world. Talent Partners play an integral role in the candidate experience and finding great talent as true consultants for our internal customers. This individual will build strong internal relationships and drive an exceptional end to end candidate experience within our hiring process and beyond. How you will make an impact
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs
- Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and prescreen candidates while moving the interview process along with a sense of urgency
- Organize and facilitate Pre-briefs and Debriefs
- Be an employer branding champion and ensure an amazing candidate experience for everyone you interact with, at each stage of the hiring process
- Innovate and drive awesome key projects that will continuously improve and scale Talent Operations recruiting processes
- Partner with the Talent Operations team to drive a smooth hiring process for candidates
What skills you'll bring
- 5+ years full cycle GTM recruiting experience, preferably with an in-house recruitment team for a SaaS company or staffing agency
- Significant recruiting candidates for Sales, Customer Success and Marketing roles, GTM
- Experience using recruiting applicant systems, preferably Lever, Greenhouse or similar
- Experience with creating effective sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates
- Strong proactive data driven approach to providing recruiting updates and statuses
- Awesome interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build rapport with hiring teams, candidates, and other internal partners
