Join Riverflex's Talent & Community Team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Tech. We're seeking someone with expertise in tech hiring across product, data & analytics, engineering, and design, with a knack for client management in fast-paced environments.

In Your First 6 Months, You Will:
- Collaborate with Riverflex leaders and clients to align hiring strategies with their goals.
- Lead tech hiring for a range of Riverflex clients, ensuring they have the right talent to solve critical challenges.
- Manage the full hiring cycle across Riverflex and client tech functions.
- Contribute to strategic projects, including OKRs, employer branding, and process improvements.
- Share insights on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and other hiring essentials.

Compensation & Perks:
- An annual gross base salary between 45-64k (depending on the experience and seniority level)
