We are a culture that is unabashedly driven by purpose — making a difference to patients and providers while growing at an accelerated rate.

This role is built for a new kind of project manager: one who actively uses AI tools to replace manual effort, accelerate delivery, and generate sharper insights across every dimension of program execution.

Role and Responsibilities:

AI-Driven Project Planning & Estimation

  • Leverage AI-assisted planning tools to develop project schedules, estimate effort, model scenarios, and surface task dependencies — replacing manual planning approaches wherever possible.
  • Use AI tools to analyze historical project data and similar prior efforts to generate more accurate duration estimates and resource forecasts.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI capabilities that improve planning precision and delivery speed.

AI-Powered Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Produce flash reports, executive briefings, and progress updates using AI-assisted drafting and summarization tools — reducing manual reporting overhead while increasing quality and cadence.
  • Build and maintain dashboards leveraging AI-enhanced analytics to provide real-time investment oversight and portfolio transparency to leadership.
  • Communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership, using AI to synthesize complex program data into actionable narratives.

AI-Augmented Risk & Issue Management

  • Apply AI tools to systematically identify, assess, and track program risks, issues, and key dependencies — enabling earlier detection and faster resolution than manual methods allow.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies informed by AI-generated scenario analysis, drawing relevant technical and business conclusions.
  • Maintain structured issue logs and resolution workflows, leveraging automation to reduce administrative burden and improve response times.
  • Technical Collaboration with Engineering Teams
  • Develop a solid understanding of cloud development, testing, and deployment activities, as well as integration patterns across distributed technical teams.
  • Engage directly with architects, team leads, and engineers to evaluate technical approaches, proof-of-concept outcomes, and delivery trade-offs.
  • Diagnose technical blockers and, in collaboration with engineering teams, identify AI-assisted alternatives to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment of program scope with organizational strategy and the Voice of the Customer.

Program Execution & Delivery

  • Drive execution within agile methodologies — managing scope, tracking milestones, resolving issues, and coordinating release management across Stellus investments.
  • Establish quality objectives and KPIs using appropriate quality management methods with stakeholder input.
  • Apply analytical skills and process improvement techniques to drive sound business decisions with maximum organizational impact.
  • Orchestrate with other project managers to ensure coordinated, streamlined releases across the portfolio.
