About the Role
We’re searching for a highly experienced Technical Recruiter based in London. This critical position will act as a bridge between our Technology teams in Europe and our Leadership team based in the United States. They will be responsible for building robust, deep pipelines of exceptional Tech talent and filling a significant headcount target in Year One alone. Every recruiter at Rocket Lawyer should be someone who thrives in a high-volume, hyper-growth environment where data governs our decisions. Having the drive to attack multiple hiring initiatives at a time while owning the outcomes for each are two essential characteristics for this role.

  • Sharp. You know that even that the best kitchen knives get dull after only a few cuts. You will be constantly looking to sharpen your skills as a recruiter and make sure that your eye for talent hasn't gotten lazy
  • Successful track record of filling high volume engineering, product and analytics roles in a fast paced environment
  • Continually and creatively identifying opportunities and strategies for how to attract and retain the top athletes in the technical space. 
  • Versatile. You’re exceptionally organized and know how to adjust and thrive, maintaining the prioritization of multiple roles at a time 
  • Obsessive about the candidate experience. You know how stressful the job hunt can be and you’re eager to ensure a seamless experience from the first email to the offer

  • You have a passion for technology and curious about its application

  • 3-5 years of In-house technical recruiting experience preferred 

A Day in the Life

  • Partner with our internal teams to develop strategies around discovering and recruiting top technical talent in the UK and Europe
  • Sourcing - we live in a competitive world, and we want to win all of the top candidates that are out there. This will become a critical part of your daily routine
  • Pipeline management - setting yourself and your hiring managers up for success all starts with your Lever activity and keeping track of your Funnel KPIs
  • Driving and extending offers
  • Be a Rocket Lawyer advocate! Help coordinate, plan and attend recruiting events

Experience

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, specifically for Full-time Direct Hire roles in Software Engineering, QA, Cloud and Data Infrastructure
  • In-house corporate experience at a 500-1000+ employee SaaS organization is preferred, but not required
  • Techie: knowledgeable about working with an ATS and eager to dig into reporting (Lever is highly preferred)
  • BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
  • Very nice to have: Bachelor's or Master's in either Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics or Data Science
