Service Delivery Representative

About your new role

As part of our growth journey, our team is looking for a Service Delivery Representative to join our Service Delivery department on a permanent basis. The primary function of the role is to support suppliers using NQC’s platforms and services.

The Service Delivery Representative will be required to undertake the following responsibilities as part of their day to day activities:

  • Providing professional support to all NQC Ltd external users ensuring that all inbound enquiries (calls, emails live chats) from platform users are handled professionally and in a timely manner;
  • Making the required number of calls in each campaign phase and update system calling records in line with the defined process
  • Providing professional administrative support to all NQC Ltd external users
  • Working collaboratively with cross functional teams to support clients and suppliers with queries that have been dealt within the Service Delivery department.

Requirements


  • Knowledge of and experience in a support centre or customer contact centre would be beneficial
  • Be IT literate, competent in the use of MS Office/G Suite applications, plus capable of learning bespoke NQC systems
  • You must be able to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop good working relationships with people at all levels
  • Effective time management and organisation
  • Be able to work a flexible shift pattern. The current starting time is 8am/9am on a rotational weekly basis, with an earlier finish if you are start earlier. Our core working hours are 9am - 5:30pm.
