Service Depot Technician
TLDR
Oversees training center readiness and depot logistics, coordinating tools, software systems, and inventory to enable efficient service training and compliant operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Estonia Service Training Center on all training events.
- Training readiness (Consumables (safety stock and ready for training), Flow path, Connections, Tubing)
- Toolbox readiness (Tool kits are organized/stocked and ready for FSE when they arrive for training)
- Systems readiness (Check out system prior to training sessions to ensure functionality.)
- General onboarding/ office supplies of Repligen branded products (Stock and order)
- Post training clean-up (getting ready for the next or parallel courses)
- FSE tools management, such as Inventory management, Calibration cycling, Build out tools per BOM as needed, Spares, Blue MTN management (MEL), Urgent request for “broken/lost/out of calibration” tools
- Support of SOP draft runs for “new/updated” procedures, as needed on training systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 3-5 years technical hands-on equipment experience
- 3-5 years working in a regulated environment (ex: ISO9001)
- 2-3 years of SAP or similar ERP system experience
- Ability to multi-task

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in Estonia is € 30,000- € 39,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
