Service Liability Engineer

Ensure service reliability and performance across critical systems while supporting monitoring, troubleshooting, and ITIL processes in a technology-focused environment.
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Service Liability Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring service reliability, availability, and performance across critical systems. You will play a key role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving infrastructure and services, while supporting incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Strong hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana for data search, monitoring, and visualization
- Solid knowledge of web and proxy servers including Apache HTTPD, HAProxy, and Keepalived
- Proficiency in Linux environments (Red Hat-based systems), including system administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible
- Programming/scripting skills in Python, Ruby, and Bash for automation and system tasks
- Good understanding of version control systems, particularly Git and GitLab
- Experience with YUM repositories management and mirroring
- Hands-on experience managing and renewing SSL certificates
- Strong focus on automation, improving system efficiency and reliability
- Ability to create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation
- Experience working within ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
