What You'll Be Doing

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
Service and install water heaters and tankless water heaters
Perform leak detection and plumbing repairs
Install and repair fixtures, shut-off valves, and water lines
Recommend solutions that improve safety, comfort, and efficiency
Perform whole-home plumbing evaluations
Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
Document work using ServiceTitan

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience working directly with homeowners
Professional communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to work independently and manage service calls
ServiceTitan experience is a plus
