TLDR
Trains IT staff on ServiceNow, optimizes change management in Express and plans migration to Enterprise, while guiding user and CI workflows.
Need Senior Servicenow SME who can train other IT Staff on Servicenow.
Scope of Work :
Analyze and implement current change management process to ServiceNow Express. Plan next step migration to ServiceNow Enterprise
- Train SME in ServiceNow change management (2-5 staff). Support training for incident and request management (Support Center functions).
- Train general users (approx. 200+) in ServiceNow change, incident and request management.
- Assist in developing methodology to add CIs to ServiceNow
Mandatory Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years' experience with ServiceNow training and implementation
Technical Requirements
1. Expert level knowledge of ServiceNow (Express & Enterprise).
2. Deep knowledge of change management and best practices
Desirable Qualifications
• ServiceNow certifications
