Paragon Technologies, a SunSource company, specializes in providing world-class service, repair and re-manufacturing in the areas of electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos and mechanical components for various industries. https://www.paragontech.com/  Servo Motor Technician Level 1 1.Has completed 1-2 years of workplace training in electric motors and feedback  2.Possesses basic knowledge of AC,DC and servo motor construction and functionality 3.Utilize Mitchell test equipment to test and align all types of feedback devices (i.e. encoders and resolvers) and test motors 4.Able to disassemble and reassemble AC, DC and servo motors with assistance 5.Possesses and understanding of how to clean, prep and paint motors using the wash tanks, bake oven and paint booth 6.Able to use drills, grinders, torque wenches, torches and pneumatic tools 7.Accurately complete quotes, service reports and files paperwork 8.Demonstrates the ability to store motors properly during the repair process and to keep part organized for sub contracted work 9.Communicates with inside sales representatives when there is a customer concern or questions with a motor in for repair 10.Able to use the computer to complete quotes, look up parts and to check on job status 11.Able to provide training to  Servo Motor Prep and Servo Motor Teardown personnel
