Shopee Express -Hub Distribution Team Lead
Job Description
- Report to SPX team lead
- Overall responsible for the daily activities in the DC and hubs inclusive of parcels, drivers and riders with full compliance to company policies
- Develop driver collection schedules and SOP to increase efficiency
- Manage receiving, inbound sorting and outbound operations across multiple sites
- Meet operational SLAs by problem solving and employee coaching/training
- Ensure 5s across different sites
- On-site coordinate external contractors and internal teams to ensure operational safety and accuracy
- Responsible to sorting members productivity and manage budget
- Ensure proper documentation of operation discrepancies
- Responsible to lead processes improvement
- Ensure quality of operations, minimize service outage such as mis-sort or mis-scan
Requirement:
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
- Able to independently lead operational team on-site, engage in discussions with various internal and external stakeholders
- 6 working days, shift hours varies between 7am to 3pm
- Flexible and adaptable to changes to work environment
- Experience in leading big operational team, able to delegate and lead with examples
- Engage in discussions with various internal and external stakeholders
- Prior experience in last mile operations is preferred
- Flexible to work across different sites in Singapore
