Shopee Express - Sortation Center Shift Lead (Ciracas)

Job Description:

• Monitor the daily operations of the sortation center through supervision of the inbound, sorting, reprocessing and outbound process
• Ensure all function in the sortation center is running well in accordance with the SOP
• Manpower planning in accordance with the fluctuations in the daily volume
• Monitoring team productivity, capacity and tools in the sortation center
• Conduct briefing with warehouse team (5S implementation & reporting)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field
• Minimum 4 years experience in Logistics (Minimum 2 years as Coordinator / Supervisor)
• Good communication and has a good leadership skills
• Willing to work in Ciracas, East Jakarta area
• Willing to work in Shifts
