Shulware™, apart of Togetherwork, is the premiere provider of synagogue management software and is the umbrella organization for ShulCloud, Congregation Connect, and Chaverware. Job Duties
- Manage a portfolio of clients onboarding to ShulCloud software
- Conduct initial client kick-off meeting
- Facilitate client data import and client data review
- Coordinate the rectification of data issues with data engineer
- Maintain continued communication with client, respond to client inquiries/requests and coordinate with other staff to ensure client satisfaction
- Proactively engage clients, and work closely with users to verify they are trained and effectively drive adoption of the product on a consistent basis
- Maintain detailed and accurate record keeping for assigned clients via project management software
- Carry-out basic and specialized trainings
- Participate in fulfilling professional services requests
- Continue to hone expertise in Shulware software offerings
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 - 2+ years managing onboarding projects across multiple client stakeholders at a SaaS company.
- A bachelors degree or 5 years of experience in a Client Success, Client Experience, Onboarding role.
- Excellent project management skills
- Extremely organized and efficient
- Adept at record keeping
- Ability to manage a large queue of clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Capable of establishing client boundaries
- High level of confidence with technology
- Comfort with data interpretation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to pivot into other responsibilities and customer-facing tasks

- Knowledge of ShulCloud software
- Experience with Salesforce

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
US Remote: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 USD per year
