Oversee day-to-day administrative operations at project sites, including attendance, inventory control, logistics coordination, and staff onboarding.

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities at the project site.
  • Maintain employee attendance, documentation, and site records.
  • Coordinate logistics, accommodation, travel, and other staff support requirements.
  • Assist in onboarding processes for new joiners at the site.
  • Oversee store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers regularly.
  • Monitor material consumption and support the procurement team with timely requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation for inward/outward materials and vendor deliveries.
  • Support site compliance, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
  • Prepare periodic reports on admin and store activities for management review
