Your Adventure Ahead At ShopBack, we’re building The World’s Most Rewarding Way to Shop — and we’re looking for a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes social media. As our Social Media Content Associate (Contract), you’ll shape how millions of shoppers experience the ShopBack brand online. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role — perfect for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, and who knows how to make ideas come alive on screen.   What You’ll Do
  • Plan, create film, edit, and publish engaging social media content across platforms, primarily Instagram and TikTok.
  • Conceptualize and execute social-first campaigns that spotlight our app's key selling features, merchants, deals, and lifestyle moments.
  • Balance creativity and execution: roughly 50% video creation for Performance Marketing (filming and editing video variants) and 50% creative production for Social Media (content ideation, production, editing).
  • Stay trend-savvy: continuously identify fresh, relevant ideas that communicate the brand messaging in an engaging way.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign, creatives and business development teams.
  • Manage content briefs and execution with external content creators whenever necessary.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in social media management and content creation — either in-house or agency (but comfortable working hands-on and independently).
  • Strong grasp of the social landscape — understanding how to speak to both Millennial and Gen Z audiences authentically.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects from concept to post.
  • Proactive, and solutions-oriented — someone who can run with ideas and problem-solve on the go.
  • Proficiency with image and video editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent.
  • A creative portfolio that shows your content chops is a big plus.
