ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organized Social Media & PR Specialist to join our Brand & Communications team. In this hybrid role, you will be the digital voice of our corporate presence across Instagram and LinkedIn, bridging the gap between content production and strategic PR support. As a storyteller, you will conceptualize, shoot, and edit content while supporting our PR initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This role is suited for a junior to mid-level candidate eager to grow and contribute.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently executing (video) production from concept to edit, while ensuring final alignment through a formal review process
• Managing and optimizing the company’s presence on LinkedIn and Instagram (Sofascore Stadium)
• Translating complex corporate topics and business updates into engaging, digital-first narratives that resonate with a target audience
• Providing daily operational support to the PR team
• Assisting in the organization and execution of corporate events, ensuring high-quality real-time content coverage and logistical support
• Collaborate closely with other departments
• Monitor industry trends and implement relevant innovations
• Maintain a good level of sports knowledge, as it helps with the job

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• 2+ years of work experience in the communications industry
• Experience in mobile video production, including end-to-end filming and editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere) to create engaging social media content independently
• Experience in managing social media profiles
• Creative thinker who stays ahead of trends, generates outside-the-box ideas, and translates them into impactful storytelling across diverse platforms
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for industry trends and opportunities
• Advanced proficiency in English
